Dr. Hartmann was very pleasant.
However, after working with Dr. McLean for 30 years it was very different. I waited over 25 minutes for her to get to me.
I will most certainly go back for my annual as I've worked with this practice for a long time. But she, and the staff could a better job at making the patient feel less like they are being pushed through a process.

I’ve had great interactions with Laura Cavin the last few years in between having my first child and trying for my second child, she has always listen to me and address every concern I’ve ever had and not write me off like I have been in the past by doctors, which is all any first time mom can ask for

Laura is always such a breath of fresh air! She keeps it real, she is knowledgeable and caring and has excellent bedside manner. I left her office feeling heard and so much more empowered after a receiving a concerning test result. She is an example for all providers, truly a gem!

Laura was so genuine and welcoming at my pregnancy confirmation appointment. She greeted me with a smile and seemed genuinely excited to meet me. She listened to all of my concerns and responded with such care and compassion. I felt like I was talking to someone who cared, not just another appointment. It made the experience feel so personal and comforting.

I have know Laura for many years. I was a patient of Dr. Wallace who delivered my son 13 years ago. My experience with Laura has always been positive. She is friendly and makes you feel so comfortable and at ease.
