In accordance with federal and state health guidelines, we are happy to announce that our office is now open for all appointments. We have implemented updated cleaning and social distancing procedures to ensure your safety while you are in the office. We are screening all patients upon arrival to our facility. If you have mild respiratory symptoms or fever you will need to reschedule your appointment or if you are experiencing severe symptoms you will need to seek emergency care. During this time, we are requesting that patients arrive to their appointment alone. If you are a minor, please bring only 1 legal guardian. All patients are required to wear a mask or acceptable face covering for in-office appointments. We will continue to offer Telehealth for select appointments for those patients who prefer this option. Please ask an associate if your medical need can be effectively met through a virtual visit with a provider.
